Quantic Leverage’s TeePee Recaps 2011

| Published: December 19, 2011

What's up, guys! MLG Call of Duty pro TeePee here with a little recap of the 2011 Pro Circuit regular season and Nationals with my team: Quantic Leverage.

This year has certainly been an amazing experience. It was my first year being a pro player and it’s been some of the most fun times of my life. Traveling to all of the different events this year and seeing what E sports is becoming is truly an unmatchable experience, especially while doing something that you love.

The regular season was full of ups and downs for me and my team. I won basically every major tournament I participated in— the 25K ladder, Game stop, and MLG Dallas, which was a huge confidence booster— but then we started to lose our momentum later on in the season. After a tough 4th place in Columbus, we bounced back strong in Anaheim and made one of the most historic comebacks ever from a 0-4 deficit.

Winning 2 of the first 3 events of the season made us feel like we were on top of the world and that we couldn't be stopped. This overconfidence made us falter against some amateur teams that made our road much harder in every event. We followed up our Anaheim win with a 6th place at Raleigh and 5th at Orlando, which was slightly disappointing for us.

Nationals at Providence were also an amazing experience, although we didn't place as well as I thought we should of. The Make a Wish expo match with little Austin was a lot of fun and it was great to see him so happy! Such an awesome experience.

Aside from playing in our tournament matches, playing Black Ops with the fans at the Sony PlayStation booth in 3D was crazy; you need to check out 3D Call of Duty, it is so sick!

Taking pics and vids in amazing quality with my new Sony Bloggie camera made the event even more fun. You guys definitely need to check out the products they have to offer. Take a look at how awesome Bloggie is!
